Return Process

  2. Approval & Return Instructions:
    Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed return instructions.
  3. Customer Pays Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
  4. Return Package Review:
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal).
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you will need to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
