Warranty Coverage

All products sold on alexiusd.com come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Products covered include:

  • Portable Tire Inflator with Triple Power Supply and Dual Motors
  • Cordless and Corded Tire Inflators (all PSI ranges)
  • Electric Air Compressor Pumps with Auto Shut-Off
  • Any other air inflation products sold under the Alexiusd brand

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty components (e.g., motors, pressure sensors, LED displays)
  • Issues with auto shut-off features not functioning as intended
  • Air leakage from product body (not valve interface) due to manufacturing fault

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or abuse
  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Modifications or attempted repairs by unauthorized persons
  • Improper storage or exposure to water or extreme conditions
  • Use with incompatible power sources or over-inflation beyond rated PSI

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Email us at support@alexiusd.com with the subject line: "Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]".
  2. Include a clear description of the issue, the original purchase receipt, and photos or video showing the defect.
  3. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement of the defective unit with a new or refurbished item of the same model
  • Partial or full refund, if a replacement is not available
  • Technical troubleshooting or support to resolve minor issues

We reserve the right to inspect the product or request return shipment (at our expense) before approving a claim.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above. Alexiusd is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use.

Warranty Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to validate all warranty claims.
